Obsolecence is the word. The old future is clawing its way into present reality. Those old archetypes try and try again to stay to become manifest in all the future media. The magician, the devil, the heirophant, the priestess, the lovers.
Youtube experience exposes the problems with uncertainty within Television. It frees the video medium to the people, who in turn mimic the old structure of television. They create talk shows, and movies, and music channels, they desire to be super stars from their bedrooms, or educational while refering to wikipedia.
Currently the artist represents the bridge between the old and new worlds, they perform for the sleeping subconcious using the awake world’s material as if they were words. These artists desire to pretend magic exists, so that new generations of onlookers will be left with a sense of mystery about their own supernatural existence.
