I re-watched this little gem by Claude Jutra at the NFB mediatheque today and was completely taken by its charm, sweetness and beauty. It just keeps getting better as it goes along. Enjoy.

Hello there fellow artists, a friend of mine is putting together this creative project. Drop her a line if you’re interested in participating.
Just discovered this great site. Enjoy, and hope everyone is having a good summer so far…
I find this man very inspiring.

Been reading Sina Queyras’ new book Expressway this week, and am really inspired by the range of themes and emotions she’s able to encapsulate within 98 pages of poetics. Here’s a taste:
You can say, Calm. You can say, Slow. You can say, Enough. You can
say, Easy. You can say, Pine, and mean it. You can say, Polish and
breathe. You can use your tongue, and eye. You can check your pulse,
let your hair grow, take less. You can suck on peaches. You can walk.
You can read. You can let your mind wander. You can wonder. You
can eat words. You can reach out. You can wait for clean, or you can
make it so…
She also has an awesome blog called Lemon Hound.
This is well worth checking out for anyone in town:
